My Services

I currently offer one-on-one virtual appointments via video call.

Whether you’re managing a health condition, working towards everyday lifestyle goals, or simply looking for trustworthy nutrition information, I’m here to help you take practical steps forward - no fads, just real support backed by science.

You’re welcome to book whichever appointments suit your needs. However, for most people, it’s recommended to start with an initial consultation and at least one follow-up to allow time to personalise your plan and support your progress.

Appointment Options & Packages

Information-Only Appointments

Ideal if you’re after reliable, evidence-based advice without needing ongoing support.

Includes:

• Initial or follow-up consultation

• Verbal guidance + general written resources

• GP letter and brief summary

Best for:
One-off advice — e.g. understanding your nutrient needs, interpreting blood test results, learning about a new diagnosis, or getting a general dietary review.

Note: If you think you may need follow-up support, a package may offer better value. If it’s been a long time between sessions, a repeat initial consult might be recommended. For personalised written resources or more structured support, see package options below.

Why choose a package?

Packages offer better value than booking sessions individually and give you tailored resources to refer back to, not just what we cover in the session, but a personalised pack based on your needs, requirements, goals, and what we discuss. They also include ongoing support between appointments, so you don’t feel like you’re doing it alone.

 FAQs

  • Some health insurance policies in New Zealand include cover for dietitian services. This depends on your provider, your policy, and whether a referral or affiliated provider is required, so please check your policy or contact your insurer directly.

I don’t deal with insurance directly or guarantee coverage, but I’m happy to provide receipts, quotes, or any other information your insurance company might need. Just let me know if anything else is required.

Please note: Some policies have limits on how much they’ll reimburse, how many sessions are covered, or what type of appointment they’ll accept. If you’re planning to use insurance, feel free to ask about the most suitable option when you enquire.

  • I welcome referrals from your healthcare providers as needed, particularly with complex issues. However, referrals aren’t necessary. Please feel free to get in touch directly.

  • You can book extra follow-ups whenever it suits you, whether that’s a few weeks or a few months down the track.

If it has been several months, or you have a new or completely different need, please book another initial appointment.

  • I’m not currently an ACC-registered provider, as most ACC referrals go through pre-approved providers. However, if you’ve spoken to your case manager and they’ve approved funding for you to see me specifically, feel free to get in touch. I’m happy to look into registering on a case-by-case basis.
